Job Description

Friendship is seeking a dedicated Administrator to manage operations of their floating hospital ship, a unique healthcare facility providing medical services to remote communities across Bangladesh’s waterways. This contract position requires someone with strong administrative skills to oversee daily activities, coordinate medical programs, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations while working with diverse teams of healthcare professionals and support staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hospital ship’s operations, from personnel administration and inventory management to coordinating with local authorities and ensuring the comfort and safety of visiting medical professionals and patients. Requirements
