Job Description

SAJIDA Foundation seeks an Assistant Coordinator, MIS to strengthen its Management Information System unit in Dhaka. This full‑time position calls for a proactive Business Analyst with at least 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or MIS. The successful candidate will gather and document business requirements, create BRDs and FRDs, and work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and post‑deployment support. The role is ideal for professionals who excel in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and documentation within the NGO and IT sectors.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal users, facilitating requirement workshops, supporting user acceptance testing, and preparing regular project status reports. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, programming knowledge (PHP, .NET, REACT), and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
