Job Description

UCEP Bangladesh is seeking an Assistant Instructor, Foundational Skills to join their team in Anywhere in Bangladesh. This contract position offers a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 20,000/- and requires candidates with at least 1 year of teaching experience and a minimum Bachelor’s degree. The role involves teaching students following the EDUCIB curriculum and contributing to the organization’s mission of providing quality education and skills development opportunities for underprivileged youth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining at least 90% regular student attendance, achieving a targeted pass rate of 90%, and conducting result analysis after examinations. The position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla, proficiency in MS Office and online platforms, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of students.
