A reputable Non‑Bank Financial Institution in Dhaka is seeking an Assistant Manager (In-charge) Internal Control & Compliance to lead its audit and regulatory functions. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability and timeliness of financial information, enforce compliance with the Finance Company Act 2023, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and internal policies, and develop the annual internal audit plan approved by the Audit Committee.
The role involves supervising internal audits, monitoring audit recommendations, preparing regulatory reports, and coordinating with external auditors and Bangladesh Bank inspection officials. Offering a monthly salary of 70,000 – 90,000 BDT, festival bonuses, provident fund, and gratuity, this position provides a solid career platform for professionals with at least 10 years of experience in internal control, compliance, or risk management within the financial sector.
