Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Development (Sales)

JM & JJ Trade Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager for Business Development (Sales) to join their team in Dhaka. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of 20,000-40,000 BDT with sales commission opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, particularly in hospital environments, and will be responsible for developing business with prospective IV Cannula customers.

The role involves promoting and selling medical devices, understanding customer needs and procurement processes, generating enquiries, submitting quotations, and converting them into orders. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers and negotiate successfully to achieve sales targets. Located in DOHS Mohakhali, this position offers additional benefits including annual salary review, performance bonus, TA, and mobile bill reimbursement. Male candidates aged 35-40 years with a bachelor’s degree are preferred for this opportunity in the growing medical device sector.
