Job Description

Terraprime Hotels and Resorts Limited is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to manage investment-based sales of hotel and resort projects under a venture capital investment model. This role requires direct involvement in real estate investment sales, hands-on tele-sales, and leadership of a tele-sales team. The position is based in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and offers an opportunity to work with a growing hospitality and real estate investment company.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with strong understanding of real estate products, investment concepts, and client handling. The role involves achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, conducting outbound calls to prospective investors, supervising tele-sales team activities, and supporting investor-focused marketing campaigns. Terraprime offers a competitive salary range of BDT 30,000 – 35,000 plus performance-based incentives, making it one of the highest sales incentive structures in the current market.

Requirements

Education Requirements

The role requires specific educational qualifications in business or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications in sales and marketing will be an advantage

Experience Requirements

The position requires substantial experience in real estate and sales domains.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales
Direct involvement in real estate investment sales
Hands-on tele-sales experience
Leadership experience in managing tele-sales teams

Qualifications

Strong understanding of real estate products and investment concepts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
