bdcars360.com is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (Automotive) to join its Dhaka team and lead dealer acquisition initiatives. The role involves visiting showrooms, onboarding dealers, training staff, and gathering feedback to enhance the Dealer Management System. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 1‑2 years of field sales or B2B marketing experience, and a solid grasp of the Bangladesh automotive market.

This full‑time position offers a base salary, travel allowance and uncapped commission for each dealer onboarded, with a work schedule from 10 am to 7 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
