Job Description

bdcars360.com is hiring a Business Development Executive (Automotive) in Dhaka to lead its dealer acquisition strategy. As a key member of the sales team, you will visit car showrooms, onboard dealers onto the platform, train staff on the dealer dashboard, and gather feedback to enhance the Dealer Management System. The role suits candidates who love cars, excel in field sales, and possess a solid grasp of Bangladesh’s automotive market.

The position offers a base salary, travel allowance, and uncapped commission for each dealer you bring on board, with a work week from Sunday to Thursday and a light Saturday schedule. Permanent employment follows a six‑month performance review, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply for internship opportunities that may lead to a full‑time role.
