Job Description

PIXELVEGA is seeking a highly capable Business Development Manager (Marketplace Focused) to lead international client acquisition through global marketplaces from their office in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka. This full-time position offers BDT 40,000-60,000 monthly salary with performance-based commission and bonuses. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience managing agency profiles on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Behance, and Dribbble, with strong English communication skills and a proven track record of converting leads into long-term clients.

The role involves optimizing marketplace profiles, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers. Candidates with experience from leading agencies like 10 Minute School, Musemind, Ollyo, Welldev, or SELISE will be strongly preferred.
