Business Development Manager (Night Shift)

Field Nation is seeking a Business Development Manager (Night Shift) in Dhaka to join their AV division and drive platform adoption and revenue growth. This role focuses on activating new and dormant accounts, leading customer onboarding and training efforts, and partnering with Marketing to create demand-generation programs. The successful candidate will serve as a primary growth engine for Field Nation’s AV division, consistently delivering new revenue opportunities while building and managing a pipeline of prospective customers.

The position offers a competitive salary range of BDT 90,000 – 130,000 monthly and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical insurance, gym membership, performance rewards, and professional development opportunities. Working hours are from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.) for a 9-hour day, 5 days per week schedule.
