Job Description

Hyperframe AI is looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join its Sales & Business Development department in Baridhara, Dhaka. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for the entire outbound sales cycle—from building target lists of marketing managers and brand owners in the USA, UK, UAE, and Europe using tools like Apollo.io, to executing persistent cold email campaigns with Instantly.ai. The role requires managing 5 email inboxes, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings, with a clear focus on driving the company’s revenue growth.

This is a full-time, office-based position with a salary range of 12,000 to 18,000 BDT, dependent on your skill and experience. The work schedule is 6 days a week (Sunday off) from 11 am to 7 pm, with a requirement to overlap with USA/EU business hours. The ideal candidate is persistent, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent English writing skills.
