Job Description

Cross World Group is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead complete financial management of their organization in Dhaka. This strategic leadership role requires deep experience in Engineering and EPC business finance operations, with the ideal candidate serving as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, treasury operations, and project finance for large-scale engineering projects.

The successful candidate will bring at least 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with proven expertise in large Engineering, Construction, or EPC organizations. Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Master/Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA/MBA) in Accounting & Finance
FCA / FCMA/FCCA/CPA (local or international certification)

Experience Requirements

Experience requirements for this CFO position:

At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
Proven experience in large Engineering, Construction, or EPC organizations (mandatory preference)
Strong background in project finance and management of long-cycle projects
Demonstrated expertise in treasury, corporate finance, and financial operations
