Job Description

Pico Public Cloud Limited is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technical vision and execution of Bangladesh’s first in-country public cloud service provider. This executive role offers the opportunity to shape the future of cloud infrastructure in Bangladesh while working with a strong partner ecosystem including Dell, Nokia, Nvidia, and Fortinet. The CTO will be responsible for platform architecture, engineering organization, technical roadmap, and enterprise technical credibility as Pico builds infrastructure that enterprises and government institutions will trust with their critical workloads.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in engineering with at least 3-5 years in senior leadership roles, demonstrating experience building or operating cloud infrastructure at enterprise scale. This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage where the foundation is in place and the direction is clear, but significant work remains to take the product to enterprise-grade maturity. The role requires someone comfortable with early-stage development who can make good decisions with incomplete information while maintaining the engineering discipline that enterprise customers require. Based in Dhaka, this position offers the chance to lead Bangladesh’s technological transformation in cloud computing.
