Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Age 25 to 35 years

Proven experience in videography, cinematography, photography, and video editing
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent editing software
Sound understanding of framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio recording
Ability to operate the Sony FX3 and related production equipment confidently
Good knowledge of cinematic shooting techniques, storytelling, and social media video formats
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be considered an advantage
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel outside the office for outdoor shoots, campaign shoots, and event coverage when required
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
