Job Description

All Next Ver is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to join their Dhaka team for international web apps and ecommerce projects. The role involves finding and qualifying international leads, conducting cold outreach through LinkedIn and Apollo, nurturing prospects, and working closely with the founder and development team to close deals. This full-time position offers competitive compensation with performance-based incentives and the opportunity to work with a motivated team in a modern workspace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean pipeline, tracking all leads and follow-ups, and hitting monthly targets for booked calls and closed clients. With a base salary of 20,000-30,000 BDT plus 2% incentive per closed sale, this position offers excellent earning potential. The company provides lunch from the office and conducts salary reviews after 3 months based on performance, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced client acquisition professionals in the web development industry.
