Job Description

BRAC Bank PLC is looking for an experienced Drupal CMS Developer to join its Technology Division in Dhaka. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust content management solutions that integrate CRM and lead management capabilities, supporting the bank’s digital transformation initiatives. Candidates should possess deep knowledge of Drupal 8/9/10, custom module development, and enterprise‑level performance optimization, aligning with the bank’s standards of security and scalability.

This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work on high‑traffic, mission‑critical platforms within Bangladesh’s premier banking institution. The successful applicant will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and SEO‑friendly solutions, contributing to BRAC Bank’s reputation as a trusted, innovative, and inclusive financial partner.

4-8 years of relevant experience in Drupal development
Experience with enterprise or high‑traffic platforms (banking, media, government)

Qualifications

Core qualifications for success.

Expertise in Drupal 8/9/10 architecture and theming (Twig, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
Custom module development using PHP and Drupal APIs
Integration experience with CRM systems and payment gateways
Knowledge of headless/decoupled Drupal, multisite, and multilingual setups
Proficiency with MySQL/MariaDB, Git, CI/CD, Docker
Familiarity with Solr/Elasticsearch and SEO best practices
