As a Business Development Representative, you will make outbound calls to homeowners in the United States, introduce company services, and schedule discounted appointments for field technicians. The role is ideal for fresh university graduates or candidates with at least six months of international call center experience who possess strong communication skills, reliability, and determination. The position offers a starting salary of 25,000-30,000 BDT per month plus performance-based commissions and festival bonuses.
