Job Description

The Community Mobilizer position at Bangladesh Nari Sramik Kendra (BNSK) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to gender equality initiatives across Bangladesh. Requirements

• Experience: 3 – 4 years

Education Requirements

Educational background in relevant social sciences disciplines is essential.

Bachelor/Honors Bachelor’s degree required
Specialization in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or Development Studies preferred
Additional certifications in community development beneficial

Experience Requirements

Professional experience in community mobilization and project implementation is required.

3-4 years of experience in local, national, or community-based organizations
Experience working with marginalized groups and women’s organizations
Proven track record in project coordination and implementation
Experience in advocacy and campaign development

Qualifications
