Job Description

Social Marketing Company (SMC) is looking for a motivated Counselor‑TB to join its Dhaka office and support the TIFA/JSI‑backed TB project. The successful candidate will provide inbound and outbound tele‑counselling to TB patients, caregivers, and service providers, ensuring treatment adherence, coordinating referrals with DOTS centers, and maintaining accurate digital records. This full‑time, contractual role offers a unique opportunity to work within a leading non‑profit health organization, contributing directly to Bangladesh’s TB control efforts.

The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least three years of experience in TB or public‑health programs, and strong communication and data‑management skills.
