Job Description

BRAC seeks a dynamic Deputy Manager, Capacity Development for its Education Programme in Dhaka. This full-time role leads teacher and field staff capacity development, ensuring high-quality training delivery and practical classroom application through blended learning and structured supervision. The position focuses on translating training into practical classroom application through blended learning and structured supervision to strengthen teacher effectiveness. This is a contractual role that ensures all interventions are high-quality, include continuous professional development, and are consistently applied across all project locations.

The Deputy Manager will supervise and manage a team of six to twelve trainers to maintain consistent, high-quality implementation of training and supervision across all districts. The role involves facilitating the integration of learner-centric, active learning methodologies and Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) into training sessions and practical classroom application. The position offers the opportunity to work with BRAC’s innovative education programmes and contribute to improving learning outcomes for thousands of children across Bangladesh while developing professional expertise in education capacity development.

Requirements

Education Requirements

Advanced degree in education or related field.
