Job Description

Hasan Rubber Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced DGM/AGM-Finance & Accounts to lead their financial operations in Dhaka. This senior management position requires 18-20 years of experience in manufacturing finance and offers an opportunity to work with a leading rubber manufacturing company. The role involves comprehensive financial management including costing, fund management, investment, tax, VAT, banking, budgeting, production analysis, inventory management, business planning, audit, cost control, and asset management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financial and operational strategies, monitoring control systems, analyzing financial statements, and preparing reports for top management. Key responsibilities include cash flow management, financial reporting, annual business planning, budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations. This position offers a negotiable salary package and requires strong knowledge of corporate finance, banking operations, and regulatory compliance in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge of GFET, import/export policy, TBML, CRM Policy, relevant circulars and guidelines
Understanding of loan documentation and financial laws
Good connections with banks and NBR/Govt. Taxation Department
