Job Description

The Digital Impact Assistant position at UNICEF in Cox’s Bazar offers a unique opportunity to contribute to humanitarian efforts supporting Rohingya refugees and host communities in Bangladesh. Education Requirements

Education requirements for this position:

  • Secondary education completion required
  • Formal training in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Engineering
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or computer-related subject preferred
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate or equivalent customer support certification is an asset

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum five years of practical work experience in information technology
  • Experience providing assistance to users on IT products and services
  • Practical experience in technical and business customer support and services
  • Working knowledge of various computer platforms and applications
