Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Executive to manage our sales agent network at Shohoz Software in Dhaka. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading sales agents to achieve monthly targets while coordinating field sales operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance through motivation and effective training programs.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing software company in Badda, Dhaka, with office hours from Saturday to Thursday. You’ll be responsible for PPT-based training sessions, performance monitoring, and comprehensive agent operations management. Requirements
