Requirements

Education Requirements

Minimum educational qualification for the role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience Requirements

Professional experience needed for the accounting and HR functions.

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Buying/Sourcing Offices, RMG industry, or recognized organizations.
  • Freshers with strong potential and eagerness to grow are encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor’s/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years in RMG/sourcing roles (or strong potential for freshers).

Skill Requirements

  • Day-to-day accounting operations and financial record management
  • Monthly/quarterly financial statement preparation
  • Payroll processing and salary/attendance data maintenance
  • Bank, vendor, and internal reconciliations
  • Budgeting, forecasting, VAT, tax, and compliance assistance
  • Internal and external audit support
  • Coordination with commercial, sourcing, and shipping departments
  • Full L/C operations (opening, amendment, negotiation, settlement)
  • International payments handling (TT, wire transfers, document submissions)
  • L/C receipt clearance with banks
  • HR support (recruitment screening, onboarding, documentation)
  • Attendance monitoring and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to work independently
