Job Description

The Finance & Admin Associate (SRHRJ) position at Population Services and Training Center (PSTC) offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals to contribute to meaningful development work in Dhaka. This full-time role requires managing all aspects of accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with PSTC’s Financial Management and Accounting Manual and government requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing project accounts, and supporting field offices with financial operations.

This position provides a competitive salary range of 25,000-30,500 BDT along with benefits including mobile bill coverage and two bonuses as per company policy. The role involves preparing and maintaining bills and vouchers, managing inventory registers, disbursing funds, and preparing various financial statements including cash books, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
