Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Experience Requirements

Extensive industry experience is required for this senior management position.

12-18 years of experience in knit composite factory marketing & merchandising
Minimum 5-7 years in a senior leadership role
Strong experience handling vertically integrated knit operations
Proven track record of handling reputed international buyers

Qualifications

Comprehensive qualifications spanning technical, commercial, and leadership domains are essential.

Strong knowledge of knit fabric production (Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Fleece, etc.)
In-depth understanding of dyeing, finishing, and garment manufacturing processes
Expertise in costing (Yarn to FOB)
Capacity planning and margin analysis skills
