Head of Kitchen Operations (Cloud Kitchens)

As the Head, Kitchen for foodpanda in Dhaka, you will be the architect of our cloud kitchen expansion strategy in Bangladesh. This pivotal role places you at the intersection of business development, operations, and finance, where you will own the country’s Food Services P&L, drive profitable growth, and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple kitchen brands. You will partner closely with global teams, logistics, and customer experience to enhance site performance and identify prime locations for new kitchen spaces, all while upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene.

We are looking for a highly-driven leader with 8-10 years of experience in a commercial, product, or strategy role within the tech, e-commerce, food, or FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or MBA degree, deep financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
