Job Description

Banglalink is hiring a Head of Online Business to lead its digital expansion in Dhaka. The role focuses on developing long‑term online growth strategies across OEMs, e‑commerce platforms, delivery partners and digital ecosystems. The successful candidate will drive sustainable online sales, build strategic partnerships, and design end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for device launches, while collaborating closely with Marketing, SCM, Sales and Digital teams.

This senior position demands at least 12 years of experience, including 3‑4 years in a leadership role, strong knowledge of the telecom device ecosystem, and expertise in digital commerce innovation. Candidates will enjoy leading a high‑performing team, shaping the future of online business at banglalink, and contributing to the company’s bold vision for digital growth in Bangladesh.
