Job Description

Synergy Solutions Ltd. is actively seeking 25 entry-level International Call Center Agents for the night shift at its Dhaka office, located in Mirpur 10 and Mirpur 14. This full-time role focuses on making outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada, following communication scripts to identify needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions. Candidates will also be responsible for selling services and products over the phone, maintaining accurate records in the call center database, and meeting personal and team targets. This position is ideal for freshers and individuals with O-Level, A-Level, or HSC backgrounds who possess fluent English skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Bangladesh time to align with business hours in North America. The role offers a salary of 20,000 – 25,000 BDT, along with performance bonuses, quarterly salary reviews, full subsidized lunch, and transportation facilities including pick-up and drop-off. Additional benefits include attendance bonuses, festival bonuses, sales incentives, and comprehensive training. Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old, punctual, target-oriented, and willing to complete a 3-6 month probation period.
