Job Description

The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) is seeking a qualified Knowledge Management and Monitoring Officer for their “Body Talk 2.0” project in Savar, Dhaka. This role focuses on SRHR and SGBV interventions, requiring expertise in data collection, monitoring tools, and knowledge documentation. The successful candidate will design assessment tools, coordinate data collection, and generate evidence to track project progress while ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements. Requirements

Education Requirements

Educational qualifications are essential for this role.

  • Master’s degree in public health, development studies, social sciences, statistics, population sciences, monitoring & evaluation, gender studies, disability studies, or related discipline
  • Academic coursework or formal training in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)
  • Specialized training in SRHR, gender equality, safeguarding, or disability inclusion preferred

Experience Requirements

Professional experience is crucial for success in this position.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or knowledge management in I/NGOs in Bangladesh
  • Understanding of SRHR, SGBV, gender-based indicators, results-based management, and data quality assurance
  • Experience with children and young people
  • Knowledge of and experience working with persons with disabilities is advantageous

Qualifications

  • Proven analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
