Job Description

Fiber@Home Global Limited is seeking a Lead Full‑Stack Engineer, Cloud Products to steer the evolution of its flagship cloud platform, Pico, in Dhaka. As part of the AI‑native software development wing, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of a self‑service cloud journey, replacing legacy Cloud7 experiences with modern, AI‑enhanced workflows. The role demands deep expertise in full‑stack development, cloud concepts, and AI‑assisted tooling, ensuring that customers can discover, provision, bill, and manage cloud resources without manual intervention.

Successful candidates will build responsive portals, integrate with OpenStack/Mirantis APIs, design pricing and billing engines, and collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to expose clean product interfaces. This position offers a unique chance to shape cloud product strategy, drive AI‑driven productivity, and deliver reliable, user‑centric solutions within a fast‑moving, innovative environment.

We are looking for candidates with solid professional background.

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Mid‑level to senior expertise in full‑stack development.

Qualifications

Key qualifications that will set you apart.

Strong full‑stack capability covering backend, frontend, APIs, databases and integrations.
Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript/Node or comparable production stacks.
Hands‑on experience building SaaS products, cloud platforms or developer portals.
Good understanding of cloud concepts such as VMs, storage, networking, IAM, billing and SLAs.
Ability to translate infrastructure capabilities into intuitive customer experiences.
Comfortable using AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) in daily work.

Full‑stack development (backend & frontend)
API design and integration
Cloud infrastructure orchestration (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Billing, pricing and payment workflow implementation
