They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead System Analyst to join their Technology and Digital Excellence team.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, evaluate, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders across departmentsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication of business needs and technical solutionsLead the implementation, enhancement, and support of business applications and systemsOversee system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activitiesCoordinate with vendors, developers, and internal teams to ensure timely project deliveryManage application support processes and ensure optimal system performanceDrive user adoption through effective training and knowledge-sharing initiativesMaintain proper documentation including business and functional requirement documentsEnsure alignment between business processes and system functionalitiesMonitor system changes and ensure technology compliance and process adherencePrerequisitesBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5–6 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Application Support, or related areasStrong understanding of business processes and process mapping methodologiesExperience in handling enterprise business applications and implementation projectsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skillsStrong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and vendorsSound knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation practicesAbility to understand technical and functional design documentsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving attitudeSolution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex business challengesExcellent command of English, both written and verbalHaving process knowledge is a must
