Manager- Electrical Maintenance

Group Of Companies is seeking a highly experienced Manager- Electrical Maintenance to lead electrical operations across their manufacturing facilities in Dhaka. This full-time position requires extensive expertise in electrical maintenance, washing factory operations, utilities management, and fire safety compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing budgets, conducting feasibility studies, developing documentation, and overseeing project implementation while ensuring efficient execution and on-time project handover.

The ideal candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the garments industry, along with in-depth knowledge of BNBC/RSC/NIRAPON/COMPLIANCE standards. This Manager- Electrical Maintenance role involves leading and supervising plant staff, managing operational budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring high performance across multiple plant locations. The position offers a negotiable salary package and requires strong leadership skills to manage managers, engineers, technicians, and other factory departments while maintaining accountability and fostering teamwork.
