SEBPO is seeking a strategic Manager, InfoSec & GRC to lead their cybersecurity operations and governance initiatives in Dhaka. Requirements

Education Requirements

Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications in computer science or related fields.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or related field
At least bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT or related field

Experience Requirements

Extensive professional experience in information security and governance is essential.

6+ years of experience in Audit & Compliance and Cybersecurity operations
Experience in software companies, IT enabled services, BPO/data entry firms
Proven leadership experience managing security teams

Qualifications

Professional certifications and specialized qualifications are required for this role.

CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CEH, Security+ certifications
Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and regulatory standards
Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMI, ISO 9001 governance initiatives
