Job Description

BRAC is hiring a Manager, Proposal Development for its Health Programme (BHP) at the head office in Dhaka. This full‑time, entry‑level position seeks a strategic thinker with at least five years of experience in grant writing, donor engagement, and cross‑functional coordination. The successful candidate will lead the end‑to‑end proposal lifecycle, from scouting funding opportunities to delivering robust technical narratives, budgets, and logical frameworks that align with BRAC’s mission and safeguarding standards.
