Job Description

Smart Lab offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager – Sales (Government Sector, IT Solutions) to join their dynamic team in Gulshan, Dhaka. This full-time position requires 7-10 years of sales experience with at least 4-5 years specifically in Government/Public Sector IT sales. The successful candidate will drive business growth through strategic engagement with government ministries and public sector organizations, managing end-to-end sales cycles and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in Bangladesh’s growing IT solutions market.

The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets while collaborating with technical teams to design customized IT solutions for government clients. Candidates should possess strong understanding of IT solutions including software, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity, along with excellent knowledge of government sales cycles and procurement frameworks.
