Job Description

Esquire Group is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager for their Sample Department in Nārāyanganj. This full-time position at Esquire Knit Composite PLC offers an exciting opportunity to lead sample development for a leading knit garment manufacturer in Bangladesh. The role requires strong expertise in knitwear, woven, and lingerie construction, pattern development, and product engineering. The ideal candidate will ensure all samples are developed accurately, meet buyer specifications, and are production-feasible.

The Manager/Senior Manager – Sample (Knit) position involves leading and mentoring the Sample & Garment Technical team, overseeing sample room operations, and ensuring coordination with design, merchandising, and production departments. The successful candidate will supervise all technical aspects of samples from concept to bulk handover, review buyer tech packs and specifications, and conduct risk assessments.
