Job Description

ShareDeal is seeking a Marketing Executive in Dhaka to drive group-buying campaigns and social commerce growth for Bangladesh’s next-generation grocery platform. The Marketing Executive will work on performance marketing, content strategy, and data-driven growth initiatives to help scale the platform from 50,000 to 300,000 users. This mid-level position offers competitive compensation of BDT 25,000-30,000 and the opportunity to work directly with the founder on impactful projects that help people save money while supporting farmers.

The successful candidate will drive group-buy campaigns, manage WhatsApp and Facebook communities, execute performance marketing through Facebook Ads, and analyze data to optimize growth strategies. With 1-3 years of marketing experience and a startup mindset, the Marketing Executive will focus on lowering customer acquisition costs, increasing conversion rates, and driving repeat purchases. This role offers real impact in a fast-growing startup environment where you’ll help build something meaningful while working on innovative group-buying solutions in Dhaka’s dynamic market.
