Job Description

Optimizely is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to join their Marketing Operations team in Dhaka. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in digital experience optimization, supporting marketing campaigns and operations. The role involves building email, paid media, content, and event campaigns using Marketo, setting up A/B tests, and ensuring accurate data processing across marketing systems.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Dhaka time in a hybrid work environment. With 1+ years of experience in marketing operations or email marketing, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, CRM experience with Salesforce, and excellent communication skills.
