Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in any of the above disciplines is an added advantage

Experience Requirements

The role requires substantial hands-on merchandising experience in export-oriented garment manufacturing.

  • 8–10 years of total merchandising experience
  • At least 5 years of experience specifically in knit and woven garments merchandising
  • Prior exposure to serving international buyers in the USA, Canada, Europe or Japan
  • Experience leading or guiding a merchandising team is expected at this level
