Job Description

The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) is seeking a qualified female MHPSS Officer for a contract position in Dhaka, focusing on mental health and psychosocial support for children and youth with disabilities. This role involves providing direct services including individual and group sessions, conducting needs assessments, and training staff and volunteers on MHPSS topics. The position offers a competitive salary of 50,000-55,000 BDT and requires working from the CDD Head Office in Savar with frequent field visits to project areas.

The successful candidate will join CDD’s mission to create an inclusive society for persons with disabilities, working on the “Meaningful Participation and Inclusion of Children and Youths with Disabilities in All Domains of CBR” project supported by Liliane Fonds. The role includes responsibilities such as data management, progress reporting, referral pathway management, and stakeholder liaison. Requirements
