Job Description

GlobeXHire is seeking a data-driven MIS Executive / Junior BI Analyst to join their team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This full-time office position requires candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between raw operational data and strategic decision-making by transforming messy data into polished, actionable insights using Power BI and advanced Excel techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete reporting lifecycle, from cleaning raw ERP exports to presenting high-level trends to Top Management. Education Requirements

Educational qualifications required for this position include:

BSc degree in Management Information Systems (MIS)
BSc degree in Computer Science (CSE)
Related technical field degrees are also acceptable

Experience Requirements

The role requires significant experience in data analysis and reporting.

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in MIS or BI roles
Proven track record in dashboard development and data visualization
Experience with ERP systems and data reconciliation
Ability to handle end-to-end reporting lifecycle
