Job Description

Women’s Education for Advancement & Empowerment (WEAVE) is seeking a dedicated Monitoring Officer cum Project Officer to join their team in Anywhere in Bangladesh. This senior-level position offers a competitive salary of 32,000-41,600 BDT and requires 5-7 years of experience in NGO or development work. The role involves comprehensive monitoring, data analysis, and project management responsibilities across the organization’s programs in the Chittagong Hill Tracts region, supporting women’s empowerment initiatives and community development projects.

The successful candidate will work on the “Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership Bangladesh” project, funded by Manusher Jonno Foundation and Global Affairs Canada. This full-time office-based position requires strong computer skills, experience in field monitoring, and the ability to work independently in remote areas. The Monitoring Officer cum Project Officer will be responsible for data collection, analysis, report preparation, and supporting project implementation teams, making a significant impact on women’s education and empowerment initiatives throughout Bangladesh.
