Job Description

Mediusware Ltd. is hiring a Client Success Manager to operate from its Mohammadpur Thana office in Dhaka. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating with project managers, developers, QA, and designers, and proactively identifying risks to ensure account success. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers who act like account owners, possess excellent English communication, and understand Agile and software development processes.

The successful candidate will manage client expectations, conduct regular sync meetings, perform SWOT analyses, and uncover upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
