Job Description

The Monitoring Officer position at Amrai Pari Paribarik Nirjaton Protirodh Jote (We Can) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to women’s empowerment initiatives in Dhaka. This contractual role involves implementing the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (RWVL) Bangladesh interventions, requiring expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and data management. The position offers a competitive salary range of 390,000-507,000 BDT annually and involves working closely with project teams to ensure effective program implementation.

As a Monitoring Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing performance measurement frameworks, managing data collection systems, and supporting field teams in implementing feminist MEAL methodologies. The position requires 3-4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, with a strong focus on gender equality and community-based programs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data quality, conducting process monitoring, and preparing comprehensive reports while working under the supervision of the Project Manager. Requirements
