Job Description

iFarmer is seeking a strategic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead the sales function for its agri input business. Based in Dhaka, this role is pivotal in designing and executing the national sales strategy, expanding distribution networks, and driving revenue growth for both partner-branded and iFarmer-owned products. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a senior sales role, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of building accountable, high-performing field teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales trajectory of a mission-driven agri-tech leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of national sales operations—from setting annual targets and optimizing portfolio mix to managing key channel partners and ensuring collection discipline. You will lead Regional and Area Sales Managers, foster a culture of ownership, and work cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
