Job Description

Aparajita Overseas is seeking an experienced Office Manager (Manpower) to oversee daily operations and workforce planning at their Rupayan Karim Tower (Suite 17/A) location in Kakrail, Dhaka. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in office management and team leadership, with responsibilities including managing office operations, coordinating manpower allocation, and monitoring sales team performance. The role offers a competitive salary of 30,000-50,000 BDT along with performance bonuses and career growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will lead administrative operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
