  • BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed universities (Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Jahangirnagar, Jagannath, NSU, AIUB, UIU, BRAC, IUB, EWU preferred)
  • PGDHRM will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
  • Experience must be in NGO, Development Agency, Micro-Credit, or Radio sectors
