Officer Quality Assurance

This job post is for Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited.Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this role is to support quality assurance by inspecting products and processes, checking raw and packaging materials, and ensuring consistent quality and compliance.Responsibilities:To carry out QA/QC activities during assigned shifts and inspect in-process and finished products.To monitor production processes, ensure quality standards are met, and recommend corrective actions when needed.To test raw materials and packaging materials against specifications before approval for use.To maintain updated specifications for raw and packaging materials with R&D and procurement.To conduct random audits to verify compliance with quality requirements.To support benchmark studies to assess product strengths and weaknesses against competitors.To identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, and support CAPA actions.To ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality management system requirements.To work with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.To ensure calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments.To maintain retention samples, quality records, and inspection logs for traceability and audits.Requirements:B.Sc. and M.S. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Polymer Chemistry from a recognized university.3 years of experience in R&D/Quality Assurance in chemical, paint, testing laboratory, powder coating, or emulsion-related industries.Knowledge of ISO quality systems, process control, and documentation will be an added advantage.Location: Dhaka/ChittagongDeadline: 6 June 2026

B.Sc. and M.S. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Polymer Chemistry from a recognized university.3 years of experience in R&D/Quality Assurance in chemical, paint, testing laboratory, powder coating, or emulsion-related industries.Knowledge of ISO quality systems, process control, and documentation will be an added advantage.
