Operation Manager (Courier Service)

Go Courier Logistics is currently hiring an Operation Manager for its courier service division in Banani, Dhaka. This full-time, office-based role is perfect for entry-level professionals with 1-3 years of experience in the logistics, courier, or transportation industry. The company is specifically looking for a male candidate who has hands-on experience with major local courier platforms such as REDX, Pathao, Paperfly, or Steadfast. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for the daily dispatch of all products, managing loading and unloading processes, and ensuring accurate data entry on company software.

Your key duties will also include maintaining inventory count and vehicle management reports, performing regular return closings, and preparing monthly system reports. Strong communication skills are essential for handling email correspondence and following up with external partners. You will also be responsible for manpower handling and other tasks assigned by the department head. The position offers a negotiable salary along with benefits like travel allowance, mobile bill reimbursement, and a performance bonus. There is a yearly salary review and two festival bonuses.
