Job Description

Concern Worldwide is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead their support functions and manage security for humanitarian programs in Dhaka. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of 314,306-408,597 BDT per month and requires at least 10 years of experience in NGO operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading administration, human resources, ICT, logistics, and supply chain functions while contributing to the strategic direction of the country program.

The Operations Director will play a crucial role in ensuring quality implementation of Concern’s programs in Bangladesh, with overall responsibility for safeguarding and security.
